Today I was chopping up a hell lotta garlic in preparation for my family’s reunion dinner, and memories rushed through my mind everytime I see the fragrant little thing smashed into a pulp under my knife… …

I still remember trying to kiss you when I was hiding pieces of garlic in my mouth,
I remember you running away from my kiss when you found out there are pieces of garlic in my mouth too.

I still remember the times where I try my hardest to educate you on how beneficial is the garlic,
I remember trying to ask you to taste it so as to change your mind, and how you simply refused.

I also remember how you can spit out the tiniest of garlics that I manage to chop, hmmph!

I still remember I irritated you greatly by using garlic to rub on your nose,
And I made myself a promise never to use garlic to provoke you when you’re not in a good mood.

Isn’t it amazing a simple everyday garnish can remind me of you?

Regardless of what’s in front of me, my heart always have an imprint of you~ I love you my dearest tora-kun~
